Description

By the end of the course you will be able to:

1.Evaluate the impact of front of house staff on each step of the clients journey
2.Reflect on the importance of effective communication in the front of house role
3.Discuss the impact of hearing loss on individuals and the general population
4.Describe the sound pathway through the ear and what can go wrong
5.Explain how the location and type of hearing loss might be identified from an audiogram
6.Compare and contrast different types of hearing instruments and features
7.Safely perform basic hearing aid maintenance

Prerequisites

All candidates must be employed by a HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologist.
