The vision for the Academy was created by three Directors with over 75 years of experience in the field of audiology. A joint decision to create a clear and developmental vision for other dedicated professionals in the field laid foundations for a place of exceptional training and progressive hearing care insights for all.

Jo Miller and Chris Cartwright have a whole history of experience and adventures together over the years! Their ethos, values and professional experiences are fully aligned; despite having worked in very different realms of the audiology industry.

With Sophie Miller bringing an element of youth and energy, a trio of professionals has been formed with an outstanding passion for creating something spectacular and worlds apart from any other independent training facility currently offered in the UK and Ireland.
